Learn how to SUP Stand Up Paddle Board in 2020 with Josh from iWaterski at Echuca Moama on the Mighty Murray River at Maiden’s Inn Caravan Park.

Come have a go at Stand Up Paddling this summer. Start in the quiet waters in the marina, then get guided down the Mighty Murray river in Echuca Moama.

$30 Down River Paddle, - you paddle from Maidens Inn Caravan 3 kilometres into Echuca and get out at Victoria Park boat ramp. Paddle under the 140 year old train bridge, past the historic port and paddle steamers. Its the best feeling going with the current watching the giant gums glide by. We pick up the boards at the other end.

$30 Assisted self paddle, we get the boards out for you.

$40 for group guided tours

$60 for private guided tour

G’day I’m Josh Emonson.

I started my SUP paddle school in Echuca Moama in 2015 . Learning to SUP on the river is the best, no waves and the shore is always close by. I’ve been out on the Murray River since 1989! Watersking, wakeboarding and barefooting as much as I could. I can still coach out of your boat, if you have one, with my two way walkie talkie helmet. It makes learning your next trick quick and easy. I love every aspect of the river.

These days I still barefoot waterski as much as I can, but relaxing out on my SUP board, going down the river, is just tops. Most of all I love teaching people how to SUP and seeing the big smiles of succeeding people.

Getting people into SUP boarding is great, but I also like getting down to the finer techniques of it. Lots of people have probably heard me say, look under your arm, stab the fish.

I am patient, relaxed and like to have fun and smile whilst out on the board. Its hard not too.

So come join me and my team for a SUP, and a smile.
